By accessing and using ForgeForBusiness ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ForgeForBusiness provides a B2B platform for custom-branded workout logbooks, including:

• Digital License — Subscription-based access to white-label PDF generation
• Bulk Orders — Print-on-demand fulfillment for physical logbooks
• Team Management — Multi-user accounts with role-based permissions
• Brand Assets — Logo, color, and white-label customization
• Template Builder — Reusable workout program templates
• Invoicing — Professional invoice generation and payment tracking

3. Business Accounts

To access the Service, you must create a business account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Ensure your team members comply with these terms

4. Subscription Plans

Digital License subscriptions include:

• 7-day free trial with limited PDF generation (3 PDFs)
• Monthly or annual billing through Stripe
• Quota-based usage — PDF generation limits vary by plan
• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Upgrade/downgrade — Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum order quantity: 10 units
• Pricing is based on volume tiers (see pricing page)
• Payment is required before production begins
• Orders are produced through Lulu.com print-on-demand
• Shipping times vary by location and shipping level selected
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Custom branding must not infringe on third-party intellectual property

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for B2B services:

• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Bulk orders require full payment at time of order
• Invoices are Net 30 for approved business accounts
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights:

• You retain ownership of your brand assets (logos, colors, content)
• You grant us a license to use your brand assets solely for order fulfillment
• Our platform, templates, and software remain our intellectual property
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer our platform
• Custom templates you create are yours to use within our platform

8. Team Members

You are responsible for your team members:

• You control who has access to your business account
• You assign roles and permissions to team members
• You are responsible for all actions taken by your team members
• Team members must comply with these terms
• You must promptly remove team members who leave your organization

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Resell or redistribute our templates or PDFs outside the platform
• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Share account credentials outside your organization

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeForBusiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Termination conditions:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon cancellation, subscriptions end at the current billing period
• Bulk orders in production will be completed and shipped
• We will retain your data for 30 days after deletion for recovery

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
